  - Sending contract deadlines and reminders to the parties;
  - Providing the buyers and buyer agents with STATUS UPDATES throughout the process; and
  - Working with the buyer agent for a SMOOTH TRANSACTION.
• Draft conveyance documents;
• Clear title issues;
  
• Order payoffs, estoppel, and items necessary and needed to clear title;
• We act as title, escrow, and closing agent;
• Prepare the closing statement;
  
• Handle any post-closing questions with the Buyer about the transaction, give instructions on how to apply for homestead, and walk them through homeownership; and
